Inside, you will find the Joy Up 30 Second Joy Reset (TM), guided sessions rooted in Laughter Yoga (a practice developed by Dr. Madan Kataria and Laughter Yoga International), and the JEBBEDIAH framework of Joy, Education, Blackness, Belonging, Equity, Discernment, Integrity, Authenticity, and Healing.
